How can i keep my hair soft and moisturized throughout the day for a long time?

i have soft curly hair.i use pink lotion moliturizer and mouuse for my hair when i moisturize my hair.but then in about 2 hours it will be hard agian.

can some1 please tell me some good products that will keep my hair soft and nice throughout the day and keeping the curls soft.what are some good products that will enhance my curls and make then curlier,soft,and shiny.

i want ny curls to be the same way thorughout the day from when i 1st put the products in.

herbal essences totallt twisted works good. john freida's line for curly hair(esp. the serum and dream curls spray) is good too. but i love the garnier's leave in condioning creame. when i dont have a lot of time i just put it in and in works wonders. it defines curls and moisturizes them. it really works all day. i live in miami, so its hot, humid, windy, rainy..and it hold up very well!

also, the product( i can only find it is sally's or stores like it) its called noodle head. its a curl activator spray. it really makes your hair springy and bouncey and soft. use it with the bada bing max hold gel, and you got a style that will last...the products are kinda expensive and hard to find, and they dont smell good as herbal essence tho...

this may sound weird, but put baby lotion in your hair... not too much tho beacause it may make it greasy. but it really helps.

Okay, im not all that great with hair might i suggest 'conditioner'.......... After you shower or watever just apply the conditioner to your hair like its gel. And leave it on throughout the whole day. It keeps your hair looking shiny (and keeps it moisturized).

I have curly hair too...and what I use is that Sunsilk in the pink bottle. I have found it works really good. I use the shampoo/conditioner and then they have a creme to put in your hair after you brush your hair out. Not only does it work as a detangler, it also puts moisture in your hair like you wouldnt believe.

If your hair is thick you might want to try the Afro Sheen products they work WELL. Many times same ingredients as

very co$tly products at hair salons. I used a clear tube

with blue writing on it called Curl Wave. Or find products

made for curly hair. I sometimes put dab of conditoner on

hair when styling or combing it and do not rinse out.

Curl Up by loreal in spray or gel is great and Frutics has

a spray bottle for curls these are things I find work well.

however, i think your biggest problem would be the mousse.

when your hair dries, so does the mousse. and no matter how "little" you use, mousse is always going to be crunchy.

if you want some hold try using a very small amount of hairspray you could also use a hair butter, or theres this stuff called hair glue (idk if they still sell it, if so it works great)

i'm currently using a product called sunsilk hydra tlc 24/7 cream.

it actualy is used after you shower while your hair is still wet.

it moisturizes and tames but doesn't weigh hair down.

Idk about it lasting ALL day though.

but i like it.

otherwise the only way to make it look soft (and feel soft) is to not use any product.

i have the same problem i had it since i was 3 years old. here is what you do wash it before you leave that day condition it then you want you put that pink lotion and even leave in conditioner it helps brush it good and even put a little little hair spray, gel, or even mouse. good luck it works for me. you know what some times even put nothing in your hair and brush it all the products can do some thing to your hair good luck.
