well i need to know how to make hair extentions because wellhonestly i cannot afford it and i really want some because my hair only goes to my shoulders and its a new-ish scene style with jegedy short across bangs, with two long sides and my guages, and short all on top and then long in the back and i dont like how long it is because...its NOT long enough. its ugly...short to me and well ir eally want extentions ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEM? or some where in CALIFORNIA i can get it REALLY cheap?

go to hairextensions.com, I got some from there that are heat resistant and synthetic. A full head of hair for about $50.

Other than that, check out beauty supply. You can buy hair there. Best advice is to get the hair, cut it the same length, and dip the very tips in wax. Then sew a strip of fabric to the top of the hair, (by the wax) and sew on the toupee clips. (you can find the clips at any beauty supply store.)

I made a fake clip in betty page bangs with an old set of extensions, and they're awesome. Hope that helps...

Hey! I won't be of much help but Hopefully I will be of some help. My hair is practically white right now, and I have been trying to find extensions in my color and it is nearly impossible, unless I want really damaged hair. I have made my own before, when I wanted colors, I bought the lightest blonde I could find and then just dyed them. I go to shops that sell hair, a lot of places that are more for african americans usually carry the hair. Sally beauty supply does sell hair, but it is a really bad quality. If you want to have clip in extensions then you have to go buy the clips and sew them on the extensions. I get my clips from Sally beauty supply. Hope that was some sort of help!
