Yesterday i dyed my hair...?

with a thick bright pink streak :)

using a smartbeauty homekit. (on natural blonde hair)

right now it looks awesome. i'm scared of washing it for the first time though in case it all fadesout or turns orange or something!

should i be using a certain type of shampoo?

is it likely to change colour? (because i like it right now and don't want it to change haha)

thats so cool-i cant do that, have brown hair.

you cant not wash your hair, the fading away

of the colour cant be avoided.

Read the label on the box to tell you when you should wash your hair after dying. It could be a wash in wash out product or it could be permanent until it needs done again.

Yesterday i dyed my hair...?

I don't think so because my friend dyes her hair too but she just washes it normally and it just remains like that temporarily....but if that doesn't work just relax nothing would go wrong

Yesterday i dyed my hair...?

the best i think is not to wash your hair. because washing it with water can fade color on your hair. and it is impossible to wash hair without water. try dry cleaning. if it works on clothes, why not on hair?

there are special shampoos for colours. they sell it in wilkinsons.

It depends on the type of color it is. If it's a permanent color, I would wait 48 hours before washing it to make sure the color really gets in there. If it's a temporary or demi-permanent color it's gonna fade within 6-8 weeks and you'll have to do it again. There are a number of shampoos available for color treated hair such as Paul Mitchell's Color Protect which can reduce fading and add a uva/uvb protectant from the sun which also help reduce fading.
