Rad pink streaks?

I have black hair and if I get pink streaks in my hair, will they be bleached? After a period of time, when they start to fade, will the sreaks go white? Oh and, I thinking of getting 2 pink streaks about 12inches, about how much will it cost?

And.. do you know if l'oreal colour rays are good? bcuz i heard they don't make your streaks white but orange when the colour starts to fade.

hey, you need to bleach sections with peroxide 40%.. try Bblonde or something...

as you have black hair, the lightest you will ever ever get it is a brassy ginger, but when you apply pink over it.. it will be fine

ive got naturally black hair, and ive had my whole head pink,purple,blue..you name it! when i was younger.

when it starts to wash out, it will usually be a peach colour, and you will have to dye it pink again.

look for 'directions' hair dye for amazing colours.

flamingo pink was my favourite when i was younger

Either way they will bleach it first with dark hair. If it is permanent, they will grow out and stay pink. If temporary, after awhile you will need to get new highlights because it might turn blond.

Yes they do have to bleach it and if you have black hair it will take a long time anround an hour or two(it did for me!). And no if you bleach it will not go to blonde it will just fade to a light pink! Mine look really good. If you go to We Are Hair in Alameda it starts at $85 which is really cheap! Ask for Sandy!!

I would not do it. I know a person in my school who did that to her hair and it looks horrible.
