Which hair dye is better and lasts longer manic panic or punky color?

I want to find a good barbie type pink for a firends hair but am wondering which brand is better manic panic or punky, also which one takes less time to proecc (less time on ones head) or do they have semi permanent rinses that are quick, Im going to be doing her hair for her but she nroamlly doesent have 45 mins to sit around and waitwith 3 kids lol.... and if she wants a barbie pink color what color would you recommend cream or gel etc? and I tried to find a store locater but no luck on the websites we live by junction city KS so any info most helpful!! thanks in advance and her hair is almost platinum already so color should take well

I just dyed my bangs yesterday Hot Hot Pink from Manic Panic. It processed in just 30 minutes. And the results are very good. First time using Manic Panic.

Gel lasts longer, like 2 weeks longer than creme. Creme has conditioners in it.

first time I used Punky colors, I loved it. They don't have it around where I live anymore though. :-;
