I'm trying to streak my hair with some pink highlights. I have no clue what kind of dye to work with, and have never dyed my hair before. Do you have any suggestions on pink dye that is semi-permanent? Do you have to use bleach to get it to show up?

Manic Panic...you can purchase it at Sally's or Hot Topic usually, and to get the best results you should bleach first...depending on how bright you want the highlights to be.

I'd try Manic Panic, it comes in a ton of colors and lasts for about a couple weeks. You will probably want to bleach your hair so that it shows up nice and bright. Depending on your hair color now, if you don't bleach it, it will probably just tint it.

definitly manic panic. its amazing. i have almost black hair naturally and it showed up on my jhair wicked good wihtout bleaching. so have funnn!!!
