try coloured hair spray....was a big hit with me and my friends only thing is you have to put it in after you have done your hair because you cant brush you hair once it is in until it is washed out

Wal-mart has a good selection of unique hair colors,( try looking in the hair dye apartment or costume department). Get the kind that is sprayed on, the dye will last until you wash your hair.

the hair you are going to apply the bright colors to has to be permanantly light (for the best%26amp;brightest color results, get the hair you want dyed down to the lightest blone you can find, or bleach it if you are willing to do that) in order for the colors to stick and last longer. Manic Panic has lots of fun colors and it's semi-permanent..it lasts about a month until it completely fades away..and you can keep re-dying with diff colors..i liked Manic Panic because its so simple, you don't have to mix the color with anything..just apply to light colored hair..wait a few mins..rinse and walah new hair! you can buy that brand of hair dye@ Spencers, hot topic, and online..i don't think Sally Beauty supply has it..they have other brands that are prob good too but you have to mix them with cream developers and it's more of a hassle for the same results...good luck! xoxooxox
