I want to die my hair light blonde, with pink tips.?

I want my hair light blonde; and i want tips; pink it what im going with unless i find another color that is way better. i cant really find pictures of what i am looking for. and i dont want a light pink i want a like hot pink type; but i really dont want it to fade at all. i considered black; but i dont know. my hair is right above my shoulders and kinda wavy but i usually straighten it. so people...any ideas? maybe a diffrent color? or shorter? or style? pictures maybe?

What if you keep your hair the color it is, but bleach your tips a platinum blonde? Or, you could go with a darker brown and highlights and do a subtle blonde on the ends, like this:
