I have dirty blonde hair, and its pretty long. I am just wanting advice on where i should put the streaks and how much? SHould i maybe trim my hair a bit? well if ya have some advice then let me know. Thanks!

I agree that dyeing the underneath section would look great. Also if you use a long lasting dye such as Special Effects Atomic Pink you'll find that as the colour stays neon for ages you wont need to re-bleach or re-dye as your roots will be hidden by the top layer of your hair. Also dyeing the underneath only creates a good effect when your hairs up.
